So I am thrilled to let you know that we have now returned to the studio.
There is one class every day and you will need to book in on the app as they are filling up. We will be open for a month and then I will be taking a break to have surgery.
It would be lovely to see you all so please do come down and support the studio. All classes are PAY WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD.
Classes are also being streamed live if you don't yet feel like venturing back to the space. All details below.

As you are practicing at home I ask that you be ever mindful of your bodies. I cannot be there to help you with your alignment, so listening to your body is of huge importance. I am simply the instructor..... your body is the teacher.

We’ve been a certified and practicing Yoga Studio since 2020. The foundation of our practice combines the physical with an inner spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.

These classes are so much more than simply learning exercises, they are about creating a healthier lifestyle. Focus on the present moment. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts.
We build the body u0p from the ground and enter into a selection of postures to. open and strengthen the body. Each posture can be modified so this is suitable for all levels including beginners.
This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels. It is a dynamic practice not suitable for beginners or students with restricted movement. We use the breath to deepen and guide our movement and this is a 90 minute meditation.
This is our series of classes including mum and baby and also prenatal. These classes are held on a Wednesday and have a reduced costs so we can help to support you through these important months and milestones.
Our teacher is a qualified midwife so she is perfectly placed to direct you in a safe and supported manner.
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. We have a chair based class for this with reduced mobility or physical restriction. These classes follow the same structure as our Hatha classes but with the assistance of a chair.
All of the classes at The Practice Space attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
A Satsang is a spiritual discourse or gathering.... We use this term to encapsulate our complimentary classes like sound healing and Kirtan evenings....
Kirtan is a sacred practice of using chanting and song to connect to the divine...... and the divine can be defined however you wish... Its a celebration of love and of life.
Sound healing is a meditation where singing bowls & gongs are used to connect us to higher states of consciousness and deep healing.
We will also be holding evenings of discussion and spiritual teaching, Mens and Women's circles and storytelling.
We will also be holding meditation courses at the studio, these will be scheduled at different times through the year and will be from a number of different traditions.
We will also be holding some day and also weekend long events.
