Good morning Yogis.
There will be two classes each day that will be streamed via ZOOM. This is a simple interface that you can either use through their app or you can just click on the invitation link I will send out and you can watch it in your browser. This is all possible from your phone, tablet or laptop.

The Yoga classes will be at
0930 on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
1800 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Meditation is at
0930 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
1800 on Tuesday & Thursday
You are welcome to attend any of these classes. There is no need to sign up. Just turn up 5 minutes before we begin and we will practice together. Even though we are separated by distance we are all in this together.

About The Practice Space
Welcome to The Practice Space, Yoga studio in Newhaven.
We are very excited to be bringing a community focused Yoga space to our town. Classes to be held here will include by donation and membership options. We are aiming for a studio that is accessible to all of our community. I have been working really hard to get this project off the ground and this is me in action.
I have have long dreamt of opening a space to share my passion and experience of this work. I started practicing yoga 18 years ago when I was a classically trained contemporary dancer. While my main practice is in traditional Hatha yoga I have also been working with somatic/embodied meditation for the last number of years. I am looking forward to weaving these two disciplines together and creating a life supporting and health improving practice.
Classes will be delivered to suit all levels. They will be listed under Beginner and Intermediate, This is to give a clear idea of the challenge that may be present. The beauty of yoga is that each posture has variations to support all levels of practice.
